"Win a copy of Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies: Compendium Monstrum" Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, U.S. Military personnel (and their families) with APO/FPO addresses, as well as to legal residents of Canada who are eight (8) years of age or older (void in Puerto Rico). Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. The Win a copy of Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies: Compendium Monstrum" begins on September 1, 2010 at 12:01AM ET and ends on November 30, 2010 at 11:59 PM ET. Enter on-line or by mail. One entry per person / month. To enter on-line, go to www.RomaniaTourism.com/Sweepstakes.html, complete the online entry form, and submit it as instructed. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at the Romanian Tourist Office's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Mail-In entries: Complete an official entry form or print your name, age, complete address, including zip code and phone number on a plain sheet of paper and mail it to: PETER PAUPER PRESS, INC. Attn: Win a Compendium Sweepstakes, 202 Mamaroneck Ave., Suite 400 White Plains, New York 10601-5376. Mail-in entries must be legible and submitted in original form. Each entry must have sufficient postage. PETER PAUPER PRESS, INC. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries by mail must be post marked by November 30, 2010 and received by December 10, 2010. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of entries received. Odds of winning are equal regardless of the method of entry.

2. All entries become the property of Peter Pauper Press and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Peter Pauper Press in its sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Peter Pauper Press. Peter Pauper Press further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

The winners will be determined in a random drawing - from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about October 8, November 8 and December 8, 2010 - conducted by Peter Pauper Press. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners need not be present at drawing.

4. Each month, Ten (10) winners will win one copy of the newly published Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies: Compendium Monstrum. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are 8 or older at the time of entry. Winners might be required to provide proof of citizenship/ legal resident status in order to claim the prize.

7. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, elsewhere outside the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Peter Pauper Press is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

8. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or mail. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within fifteen (15) calendar days of first notification attempt or any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate potential winner may be selected at Peter Pauper Press’ discretion. Upon prize forfeiture, no payment or other compensation will be made to the original potential winner. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize except by Peter Pauper Press, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Peter Pauper Press’, all Sponsors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, together with and the officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees of each of them, and those companies supplying prizes (collectively the "Promotion Parties") from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or the award or use of a prize.
