Experience Romania of yesterday!
This XVIII th-century fortified manor house (conac) - that has been converted into a hotel – is a fine example of southern Romania’s traditional architecture and
decorations. All the original architectural details of the manor - thick walls, the
watch tower, secret passageways, the arcaded balcony running the entire length
of the upper floor, immaculately whitewashed walls – have been preserved intact.
Each of the manor’s fifteen rooms has its own tale and is carefully decorated with authentic antique furniture, traditional carpets and pottery and, dowry chests.
All rooms have private bathrooms with all the modern comforts.
