The former residence of wealthy banker Gabriel Schuster now welcomes guests from far and wide. Completed in 1914, after plans by an Austrian architect, Schuster Boarding House is one of the very few structures in Brasov Old Town that features Art Nouveau architecture. Elegance and coziness define this small, boutique, hotel.
Several original design elements have been carefully restored, recently, including Schuster family emblem above the main entrance, the outside plaster color, decorative wooden boards, roof cornice, façade frescoes, all windows and window surrounds, first floor doors as well as the superb bay window.
